Swim Dem take on the River Great Ouse!

Join us on the 9th of August for a walk and swim near Bedford in River Great Ouse.

We will meet at St Pancras Intl Station at 9:30am and then travel on the 9:45am train to Bedford.

From Bedford, we will walk for 2 miles (40-50 minutes) and head towards River Great Ouse to swim.

After we’ve enjoyed the swim, we’ll find some food locally and then head back to London.

What to bring:

• Comfortable footwear

• A light raincoat (weather dependant)

• Swimming costume (preferably a bright one), hat and goggles

• Towel + appropriate bag for wet clothes

• A smile!
